Lynn is a Certified Public Account and the Director of Finance for Nacco Construction. She brings more than 30 years of experience to Nacco and is responsible for financial accounting and reporting, corporate tax compliance, bank financing, bonding, and corporate administration. Before coming to Nacco Construction, Lynn worked at Coca Cola for more than a decade in various accounting and finance roles. Lynn oversees all contracts, pay applications and subcontractor payments.
John F Taylor III
VP & Director of Business Development
John brings 30 years of sale and construction related experience to Nacco Construction. As the leader of the business development team, John is responsible for building relationships and securing new business opportunities. In addition to building relationships with current and prospective clients, architects, and contractors, he also finds time to provide management and support to each construction project. John participates in the daily progress meetings and is the liaison with the client on all construction matters.
Fielding has spent more than 30 years specializing in the commercial construction industry. He took over the company for his father in the late 1980’s after graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology. Fielding has grown the company from a local commercial contractor to a nationwide commercial contractor. Over time, he has built a talented team in the field and the office to collectively provide the best possible construction solutions. Fielding oversees all construction projects and is the leader of daily progress meetings for all ongoing construction projects.
Jason has over 30 years in retail construction site management. He has worked all over the country with both labor union and non-union projects. He has worked for NACCO for over 15 years.
VP of Operations & Estimating
Lloyd has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. He has more than 35 years’ experience in retail construction. Lloyd has been at NACCO for 30 years and before working at NACCO he worked at Ulta Cosmetics & Salon. Lloyd has held positions to include plan administrator, bid estimator, job superintendent, and project manager.
Leroy has over 40 years in retail construction site management and has worked for NACCO for over 30 years.
